Drusilla De Vere

Descendant of a long line of blue-blooded English aristocrats, Drusilla De Vere is a lady of leisure.  Her great-grandfather De Vere was a wealthy and well respected landowner of Essex-shire, while her mother married into this upper class, coming from a middle class family of watchmakers and artistes. This union angered the elder De Veres, who banished Drusilla's parents from Essex-shire (albeit with a rather large stipend). Settling in Olde London Towne, Drusilla's father took to inventing flying machines to earn a wage, and her mother bared all as a lady of burlesque.

Drusilla still carries the inherited airs and graces of aristocracy, but in a truly Jekyll and Hyde manner, can also be found swilling ale from a tankard.  It really depends which way the wind is blowing...
